I chose question number 5 from a text on page 107.
I need someone who set electronical devices up instead of me, though depending sorts of devices. I can set up small devices like phones and cameras, but can't do computers. Since I have a little knowledge about computers and hate treating them, my mother always set new laptops up for me. However, she is also not good at treating computers, so she has always troubles setting them up and spends too much time on it. She says that the way of setting computers up should be less complex. I also think so. The problems of setting computers up are taking a long time and difficult vocabularies. These make people get confused and irritated. Electronic devices are very useful, but they can cause troubles until preparing for using them.
Hi this is mayuko. I agree with your opinion. I can set up my cell phone and even my fathers phone instead of him doing himself. However, when I set up my computer, I need my father's help.
ReplyDeleteI really think so too. Though my father likes computers and good at setting them up, it’s challenging for my mother and me to do that. Instead of convenience, we need to spend a long time when it comes to setting it up. Asking an expert to set these devices up is the best way I think.

ReplyDeleteI'm also not good at using electronic devices. I'm still using paper dictiionary even in the university. Therefore I totally agree with your opinion. Those who make electronic devices should think about users like us. Moreover, present system is too difficult for elderly people to understand.
Those electronic devices are very convenient and useful for our current lives. And I understand that it is actually difficult to set up the computers because my mother always says that it is extremely difficult that she cannot set up at all. But I would say, if you follow the instructions carefully, then I think you will be able to set it up properly.
